HR investigator's wife on the stand

The report by HR on-call that the School Board based their decision to terminate John Freshwater's teaching contract. This morning the co owner of HR and also the wife of the owner, Julie Herlevi, was on the stand she stated that 'because both parties agreed that the student was touched by the Tesla coil we didn't need to investigate any further.' she also said it didn't matter that the student said it was on the top of the arm and the teacher said it was on the bottom of the arm. Former Superintendent Jeff Maley took the stand this morning. He said his main complaint with the handout titled 'Darwin's theory of evolution, the premise and the problem', and the reason he requested John Freshwater not use it, was that it was not/could not be sourced.

Alleged Burn Should Have Lasted Longer, Expert Witness Says

Following the refusal of middle school teacher John Freshwater to remove the Bible from his desk, an allegation emerged that the use of a Tesla coil in his science classroom resulted in a student being burned.

Missing from the testimony of Zachary Dennis was the claim credited to him by the H.R. On Call, Inc. investigative report that the mark from the Tesla coil remained on his arm for “approximately three to four weeks.”
